• Follow company guidelines and procedures for handling customer inquiries
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
• Bilingual abilities are a plus...we serve clients in multiple languages and value diverse linguistic skills

Skills to Thrill:

• At least 18 years or older
• High school diploma or equivalent 
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace
• Proficiency in using computers and navigating various software applications
